3.第一道模具先將兩腳撐開，再由圓盤送到第二道模具，將兩腳往內校直，而后第三道模具再將兩腳壓平整，完成整腳工作，材料再經由圓盤帶出
4.八等份送料圓盤，采用瑞士分度器，精密分割間歇送料。超精密分度盤送料，準確無比，提高工作效率。
5.全功能化振動送料，百分之百排列，自動送料，滿料停機裝置。
6.二組光電控制，使振動盤，送料器，和成型完全配合，讓機器完全自動化。
